Here is the first draft of the IRC Coordination Policy for your review and comment.
Why do we need such a document? As an frequency coordinator, we need to provide a clear, written policy so that repeater trustees, holders of coordination, sponsors, users, and coordinators understand the administrative and technical aspects of coordination. We all need to know how systems are coordinated and de-coordinated for the maximum benefit to Indiana amateur radio operators.
If you have comments, questions, or concerns about this document, please contact Bob Burns W9BU at firstname.lastname@example.org. We hope to vote on this document at the IRC meeting at the Fort Wayne Hamfest in November 2017.
